IndianArtists.co.in is currently operating as an interim website to collect requirements from customers and applications from artists while our full marketplace platform is being built. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

1) What we collect

From customers: name, email/WhatsApp, service type, city (optional), budget band (optional), deadline (optional), and brief details.
From artists: name, city, email/WhatsApp, primary category, portfolio links, and style/pricing notes.

2) Why we collect it

To understand your requirement and match you with suitable artists.
To contact you for clarifications, quotes, and next steps.
To onboard artists and verify portfolio fit for listing.

3) How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. For matching purposes, we may share relevant parts of your brief with shortlisted artists (for example: style, size, city, deadline, and constraints). We aim to share only what is necessary to fulfill your request.

4) Data retention

We retain submitted information only as long as needed for matching, onboarding, and basic operational follow-ups. You can request deletion at any time.

5) Your choices

You may request to view or delete your submitted information.
You may ask us to stop contacting you regarding a submission.
